1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Meeting Scheduler, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you use the platform for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate account information and use the platform only in accordance with applicable law and these terms.
3. Accounts and security
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and connected accounts secure.
- You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
- You may not share an account in a way that bypasses account limits or security controls.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused directly by our failure to apply reasonable security measures.
4. Free service
Meeting Scheduler is currently offered free of charge. No subscription fee is collected and therefore no refund or cancellation policy applies at this stage. We may introduce usage limits, paid plans or optional paid features in the future. Any price and applicable payment, cancellation or refund terms will be disclosed before you purchase a paid service.
5. Platform features
The platform may allow you to:
- Create meetings and generate Google Meet or Zoho Meeting links.
- Synchronize meeting information with connected calendars.
- Send invitations or reminders to attendees.
- View meeting records, attendee responses and provider-generated attendance information.
- Review join, leave, duration, rejoin and no-show data when available from the provider.
Features may vary by provider, account type, permissions, geographic region and provider availability.
6. Connected providers
Google, Zoho and other connected services are independent third parties. Their availability, functionality, permissions, limits and data are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, account restrictions, API changes, inaccurate provider data or decisions made by those providers.
7. Your meeting responsibilities
- Obtain any consent or provide any notice required before inviting, recording, monitoring or analyzing participants.
- Use attendee email addresses and meeting information only for legitimate and lawful purposes.
- Verify meeting links, time zones, attendee lists and calendar details before relying on them.
- Do not use the platform to mislead, harass, discriminate against, impersonate or unlawfully monitor another person.
- Do not upload or share confidential information unless you are authorized to do so.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Break the law or infringe another person’s rights.
- Attempt to access another user’s account, meetings or data without authorization.
- Interfere with, probe, overload, reverse engineer or circumvent platform security.
- Transmit malware, spam, fraudulent invitations or harmful content.
- Use automated methods to scrape or extract data except where we expressly permit it.
- Resell or commercially exploit the platform without written permission.
9. Intellectual property
The platform, brand, interface, software, documentation and original content are owned by or licensed to LOKS TECH. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the platform for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you. You retain ownership of content that you lawfully submit, while granting us the limited permission needed to process it to operate the requested features.
10. Availability and changes
The platform is under active development. We may add, modify, limit, suspend or discontinue features, particularly during the free-service phase. We may also perform maintenance or make changes required by connected providers, security needs or law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse, address security risk, comply with law, protect users or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion requests can be sent to our contact email and may remain subject to lawful retention requirements.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an “as available” basis. Meeting links, email delivery, calendar sync, attendance reports and provider analytics may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. You should independently verify information before using it for employment, compliance, disciplinary, financial or other significant decisions.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LOKS TECH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to the platform or these terms. Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties should attempt to resolve the matter by contacting each other in good faith.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform develops. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
