1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. They allow a website to remember limited information between page requests or visits. Similar browser-storage technologies may perform a comparable function.

2. Essential cookies

Essential cookies are required for core platform functions and cannot be switched off through the consent modal.

• Session cookie: helps maintain login state, account security and OAuth-related navigation.
• Cookie-consent cookie: remembers whether you selected all cookies, essential cookies only, or custom preferences.

Disabling essential cookies through browser settings may prevent login or other platform features from working correctly.

3. Analytics cookies

Analytics cookies are optional. They may be used to understand page visits, feature usage and general website performance after you provide permission. The current platform does not activate an analytics service unless one is separately configured and your choice allows it.

4. Marketing cookies

Meeting Scheduler does not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If this changes, this policy and the consent controls will be updated before those cookies are enabled.

5. Consent records

When you save a preference, we may keep a consent record containing the selected preference, policy version, date and time, a session identifier, logged-in user identifier when available, browser user-agent information and IP address. This helps us remember and demonstrate the preference recorded for that browser session.

6. How long the preference is remembered

The consent preference is normally remembered for up to 180 days. It may appear again after the cookie expires, the browser data is cleared, a private/incognito window is used, or the Cookie Policy version changes.
