We may collect your name, username, email address, account-verification status and an encrypted or hashed version of your password.

Connected-provider information

When you connect Google Workspace, Google Calendar, Google Meet or Zoho Meeting, we may receive your connected-account email, provider identifiers, authorization tokens and the permissions you approve. We do not ask for or store your Google or Zoho password.

Meeting and attendee information

We may process meeting titles, descriptions, dates, times, attendee email addresses, meeting links, calendar-event identifiers, provider meeting identifiers, invitation status and meeting attendance information such as join time, leave time, session duration, rejoin activity and no-show status when these details are made available by the connected provider.

Technical information

We may automatically receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request logs, error logs and security-related activity. The platform may use essential session cookies or similar browser storage to keep users signed in and maintain secure sessions.

• To create and manage user accounts.
• To connect and operate Google or Zoho meeting services at your request.
• To schedule meetings, generate meeting links and send invitations.
• To synchronize calendar information and display meeting records.
• To provide attendance, duration, join/leave and session analytics when available.

4. Connected services and third parties

Meeting Scheduler may interact with services provided by Google, Zoho, email-delivery providers, hosting providers and infrastructure vendors. Information sent to or received from those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We request only the permissions needed for the features you choose to use.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and informing us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
