Features may be experimental, changed, limited, interrupted or removed without guaranteeing continuous availability. Google Workspace, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Zoho Meeting, email providers and hosting services are operated by independent third parties. LOKS TECH does not control their availability, security, policies, API behaviour, account decisions or data accuracy. References to their names or services do not imply ownership, partnership or endorsement unless expressly stated.

4. Meeting links and invitations

Meeting creation, calendar synchronization and email delivery may fail or be delayed because of network issues, incorrect attendee addresses, provider permissions, spam filtering, expired tokens, quota limits or third-party outages. Users must confirm that meeting details and invitations were successfully delivered before relying on them.

5. Attendance and analytics limitations

Join time, leave time, duration, rejoin activity, no-show status and attendance percentages depend on data returned by connected providers. Reports may include organizers, anonymous participants, dial-in users, duplicate identities or delayed conference records. Display names may not reliably identify a person, and invited email addresses may not always match the identity used to join a meeting.

Analytics should therefore be treated as an operational indicator, not as conclusive proof of identity, presence, performance, misconduct or contractual compliance. Important decisions should include appropriate human review and supporting evidence.

6. User responsibility and consent

Users are responsible for ensuring that their meetings, invitations, participant monitoring, recordings and use of attendance data comply with applicable law, workplace policies and contractual obligations. Where notice or consent is required, the organizer is responsible for obtaining it before using the relevant feature.

7. Security and data loss

We take reasonable measures designed to protect the platform, but no internet service can guarantee complete security or permanent data availability. Users should use strong credentials, protect connected accounts and keep independent copies of information that is essential to their operations.
